5. Characters and accounts:

6.3 It is forbidden to impersonate the server administration.
6.4 Disrespectful appeal to the server administration is prohibited. Challenging the actions of the administration is allowed only through the forum.
6.5 It is forbidden to spread rumors, disinformation about the administration of the server, as well as about other players.
6.6 It is forbidden to beg, pester other players or the server administration with requests.
6.7 It is forbidden to flood and spam, writing one word per line, writing all words in uppercase, repeating one line, advertising and anti-advertising.
6.8 Communication in a clan/group chat is regulated by the leader of the clan/group. Compliance with clause 5.2 of the rules in these channels is not controlled by the administration.
6.9 Any form of fraud is prohibited.

7. Communication with the server administration.

7.8 Spelling, grammatical and stylistic errors in addressing representatives of the administration are considered a particularly serious insult.
8. In case of violation of the server rules, the Server Administration may apply the following sanctions to the game accounts of violators:
8.1 Deleting an account - Deleting an account from the server with all the characters on it. Can be applied to all player accounts.

8.3 Account ban - temporary or permanent blocking of the use of the account. Can be applied to all player accounts.
